3 night minimum booking stay is required.
Our rate structure is based on 10 guests, additional guests can be added at the booking confirmation page at $75/guest for the stay.
Children under the age of 12 do need to be registered guests, but do not count as an additional $75/guest charge if the max total of guests is over 10.
We do charge a security damage deposit of $1000 and will be refundable by email transfer within 48 hours of checkout.
Check-in time is 10am and check-out time is 12pm noon.
No pets allowed.
No smoking except for designated areas.
All overnight guests have to be registered.
24 hours security and recording devices are on the driveway.
